The rising number of immigrants entering the United States can be a key in solving the looming teacher shortage in the country, with their skills becoming a huge source of untapped potential yet to be discovered due to a variety of hurdles and circumstances.
In recognition of our series of research in addressing sustainably the US teacher shortage, the American Association of School Administrators' Magazine (AASA Magazine) proudly featured one of our articles on page 12 of its esteemed November 2023 publication, entitled: "Recruiting Immigrants to Sustain Teacher Supply."
